This customer called us in as they were getting low-pressure issues at various places within the large 20,000 sq. ft premises, and were unhappy with their current provider. After a site survey and looking at the pipework running around the factory, it became apparent that they had the pipework extended in places and did not have a ring main installed. We also looked at the compressor because the one they had was becoming unreliable and they did not have a backup.
We installed new pipework across various points in the factory along with a Variable Speed 15kW compressor, dryer, and air receiver. No longer did they have pressure drops and had a reliable lead machine, allowing the unreliable to be there for back up. Happy customer = Happy JDS Compressors!
